BIRATNAGAR: Chief Minister of State-1, Sherdhan Rai today emphasized the need for coordination among three level governments concerning the use of natural resources.
He suggested formulating necessary laws to ensure the utilization of natural resources for the welfare of human being.
Speaking at a program on ‘Distribution of royalty of natural resources’ in Biratnagar today, Chief Minister Rai said it is high time that the government and the stakeholders concerned utilized natural resources keeping considering its impact on the people.
