Indian High Commission in Pakistan to live telecast Lok Sabha poll results



NEW DELHI: Indian High Commission in Pakistan’s Islamabad said it would live telecast the results of India’s general elections on May 23, media reports said.

The Indian High Commission said it would put up screens in the mission for the purpose.

Jashn-e-Jamhuriat- Festival of Democracy, have been sent out as invitations to certain sections of the people. There will also be free-flowing discussions after the event, reports said.

The Indian mission in Islamabad will begin live screening of the results at its auditorium and the lawns on May 23. (Agencies)
