District leadership shared: Ex CPN-UML-45, CPN (MC) -32



KATHMANDU: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) is announcing the leadership in all 77 districts on the occasion of its 71st anniversary on Monday.

A secretariat meeting of NCP held on Sunday finalized chairmen and secretaries of the districts, resolving long overdue party unification process, said party Spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha told Khabarhub.

According to the decision, among 77 districts, former CPN-UML will lead 45 districts while former CPN (Maoist Center) will lead 32 districts.

As per the agreement, chairman and secretary do not  represent from the same faction, i.e., if the chairman is from the former  CPN-UML, secretary will be from former CPN (Maoist Center).
