NCP enters 71st year, being observed with gusto



KATHMANDU: Communists in Nepal are observing the 71st anniversary of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) by organizing various programs across the country on Monday.

NCP had been established by communist leader Pushpa Lal Shrestha 71 years ago.

NCP’s manifesto was translated into Nepali language for the first time in history to protest against then Rana Regime and bring changes in the society.

Communists have been divided over their work style and ideological differences.
