KATHMANDU: The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has said some places in the eastern hilly region in the country will have light rains owing to local winds in the next 24 hours.
Meteorologist Manju Basi shared that most the places in the country witnessed weather change because of local and westerly wind. “Few places in the hilly regions are likely to get light rainfall in the next 24 hours,” she added.
It is estimated that the Kathmandu Valley will record the temperature as low as zero degree this year. The temperature is gradually declining across the country.
