LAHAN: Police have arrested a youth with six kilograms of silver ornaments.
The arrested is Umesh Bishwakarma, 25, of Rangeli Municipality-9 in Morang district.
District Police Office Siraha said that the ornaments were ferried to Nepal by bypassing the customs office. Police said they are further investigating the case.
