Police seize five sacks of firecrackers



SAPTARI: Police have seized a huge cache of firecrackers hidden at Netachowk of Rajbiraj of Saptari district on Sunday night.

Acting on a tip-off, a police squad deployed from District Police Office, Saptari raided the cache of explosives at Netachowk of Rajbiraj Municipality-4, said DSP Tilak Bharati.

Police seized five sacks of firecrackers of various brands worth Rs 150,000 during the raid, said DSP Bharati.
