Bhai Tika auspicious time at 11: 55 am



KATHMANDU: The Calendar Determination Committee has announced the auspicious hour for Bhai Tika at 11:55 am on October 29 for Tihar festival.

Chairman of the Committee Prof Dr Ramchandra Gautam said that 11:55 am is the most auspicious time for offering and receiving the Bhai Tika that falls on October 29.

The Tihar, festival of colour, light and flower, which is known as Yamapanchak, is being celebrated from October 25 to October 29 this year.
