Ranbir, Alia reject films together

MUMBAI: Ranbir and Alia are not at all interested in signing any projects for time being.

A source said, ‘Although producers are approaching Ranbir and Alia for their projects, they are not keen on taking up projects before the release of Ayan Mukerjee’s ‘Brahmastra’.

As the couple wants to see how the film and their on-screen chemistry is being received by the audiences.’

Brahmastra’ is the first film in his fantasy trilogy and features actors like Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles.

It was slated to release last year in December. However, the film which is said to be high on VFX needed more time to get the VFX, sound, music, and therefore it got postponed 2020 release.

Meanwhile, Ranbir and Alia were spotted partying hard at Alia’s BFF Akansha Ranjan’s birthday bash. This was the first time that Ranbir was seen chilling with Alia’s friends.
