British Airways suspends flights to Cairo for a week



CAIRO: British Airways and Lufthansa have suddenly suspended flights to Cairo over security concerns, international media reports have said.

The airways has not, however, given details about the move. British Airways said in a statement that they constantly review their security arrangements, and have decided to suspend flights to Cairo for seven days.

Lufthansa also said it canceled its flights to Cairo on Saturday from Munich adding that it will resume its flights on Sunday. (Agencies)
