Two arrested with fake Indian currency in Nepal

RUPANDEHI: Police have arrested two persons from Samsarimai Rural Municipality-1, Karauta of the district with fake Indian currency notes on Friday.

The arrested are Dinanath Kurmi, 39, and Shyammani Chaudhary of Marchawari Rural Municipality-7, Baghauli.

They were arrested with three counterfeit Indian currency notes in the denomination of 2,000, police said, adding they are investigating the case further.
