Nepal decides to add 114 Border Outposts

KATHMANDU: The government has decided to add Border Outposts (BOPs) of the Armed Police Force (APF).

Speaking at a press conference organized on Thursday to make public Cabinet decision, Minister for Communications and Information Technology Gokul Baskota said that a recent Cabinet meeting took the decision.

According to him, the meeting had decided to add 114 BOPs.

Currently, there are 107 BOPs. With the addition, their number will reach 221.
