RUKUM: Acting Chief Administrative Officer Ram Bahadur KC and Information Technology Officer Ganesh Chand of Athbiskot Municipality in East Rukum have been manhandled.
Acting Chief Administrative Officer KC and Chand were manhandled on Wednesday evening.
Meanwhile, police have arrested ward chairman Keshar Man BK of Athbiskot-3 on the charge of manhandling them.
Chand and KC were attacked while they were returning home after completing their official jobs, according to District Police Office.
