‘Jhapa Sports Award’ to be held in September



KATHMANDU: The ‘Third Jhapa Sports Award’ will be held in the fourth week of September.

According to Himal Kharel, Chairperson of the Nepal Sports Journalists Forum (NSFJ), the Jhapa chapter will coordinate the event.

Kharel said that the winner of the title in the athletes of the year (male) will win a motorcycle while the athlete of the year (female) will win a scooter.

Similarly, the athlete of the year under the youth category will receive Rs 25,000.
