PHC begins hearing of proposed envoys

KATHMANDU: Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC) has begun the hearing of the proposed ambassadors to four different countries.

A meeting of the committee held at Singha Durbar today morning decided to receive complaints against the proposed envoys for 10 days beginning Thursday.

The Council of Minister last week had nominated Narad Bhardhwaj as ambassador to Qatar, Banshidhar Mishra as  ambassador to Bangladesh, Dawa Futi Sherpa as ambassador to Spain, and Mahesh Raj Dahal as ambassador to Australia.
