HUMLA: Over a dozen people have gone missing when a jeep plunged into Karnali River at Kharpunath rural municipality-5 of Humla this afternoon, police said.

The jeep bearing registration plate Lu 1 Ka 7166 skidded off the road and plunged into the river on Tuesday afternoon.

A team of Nepal Army, Nepal Police, and Armed Police Force (APF) have been sent to the spot for rescue operations.
