25-member team announced for ICC World T20 Asia Finals 2019



KATHMANDU: A 25-member preliminary team has been selected for the ICC World T20 Asia Finals 2019. The team is led by captain Paras Khadka.

The team includes Avinash Bohara, Amrit Shrestha, Basanta Regmi, Bhim Sharki, Binod Bhandari, Dipendra Singh Airee, Gyanedra Malla, Jitendra Kumar Mukhiya, Karan KC, Kushal Bhurtel, Lalit Bhandari, Lait Narayan Rajbanshi, Mohammad Arif Seikh, Nandan Yadav, Pawan Saraff, Pradeep Airee, Raju Rijal, Rohit Kumar Poudel, Sandeep Lamichhane, Sehab Aalam, Sharad Veshwakar, Sompal Kami, Sundeep Jora and Sushan Bhari.

Nepal will play the qualifiers to be held in Singapore from July 20-28.

The team was announced by ICC representative Aminul Islam, Nepal Head Coach Umesh Patwal and Skipper Khadka.

A closed camp will be held for the selected cricketers from June 20.
