556 houses avoided from list of Bara reconstruction

KATHMANDU: The name of 556 families, who were hit by the Bara cyclone in Feta Rural Municipality-1, Bara on March 30,  have been avoided from the list of those who were supposed to get new houses from the government.

Even thought the Nepal Army has prepared a list of 1,402 households, only 846 houses are under construction, currently.

A total of 1,402 houses were in the list when reconstruction was jointlyh inaugurated by Deputy Prime Minister Upendra Yadav of the central government and Chief Minister Lal Babu Pandit of Province 2 on May 4.
