Five killed, 30 injured in India bus accident



NEW DELHI: Five people died and 30 others sustained injuries after a bus met with an accident on Agra Highway in Uttar Pradesh State of India on Saturday.

The accident took place after a speeding bus heading to Bihar carrying passengers from Indian Capital New Delhi struck a tractor, according to police officials.

Over a dozen passengers injured are undergoing treatment at Trauma Center in Lucknow.

The death toll is likely to go up since the condition of some of the injured is critical.
