KMC releases Master Plan connecting Swayambhu, Kathmandu Durbar Square

KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) today released a master plan to connect two cultural heritage sites— Swayambhu and Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square coinciding with the World Heritage Day 2019.

According to the plan, travelers could walk on foot apprising themselves of different aspects of Hindu and Buddhist culture and religion throughout the 2.2 kilometers route.
