KATHMANDU: The Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC) has unanimously endorsed the name of five names recommended as justices of the Supreme Court (SC).
The meeting held in Singh Durbar approved the names of Sushma Lata Mathema, Prakash Kumar Dhungana, Hari Phunyal, Manoj Kumar Sharma and Kumar Regmi as justices of the apex court.
While Dhungana and Mathema are sitting judges at the High Court, three others are legal practitioners.
