Chief Administrator, Deputy Administrator at Guthi Sansthan arrested for graft

KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Tuesday arrested two employees at Guthi Sansthan with bribe money.

The anti-graft body arrested Chief Administrator Narayan Chaudhary and Deputy Administrator Jaya Prasad Regmi from the office premises for receiving bribe money from a service seeker in a land dispute case.

CIAA Spokesperson Pradeep Kumar Koirala said it is unclear with how much money they were arrested, adding that they are further investigating the case.

The anti-graft body had kept them under its scanner following a complaint.
