KATHMANDU: New Road Team (NRT) made a winning start to the ongoing Martyr Memorial ‘A’ Division League on Tuesday.
At the match played at ANFA Complex in Saatdobato, NRT defeated Saraswati Club 4-0.
Junior Onguene put NRT ahead in the 40th minute. Saroj Tamang doubled the tally in 69th minute and extended the lead in 81st minute. Yanick Owona scored in the 90th minute to put ice on the cake for NRT.
With the win, NRT has grabbed three points.
