KATHMANDU: Nepali leg spinner Sandeep Lamichhane’s team Karnataka Tuskers defeated Delhi Bulls by 19 runs in the 2019 T10 League underway in the United Arab Emirates on Saturday.
Batting first after losing the toss, Karnataka posted 111-run target for Delhi losing five wickets in the stipulated 10 overs. Upul Tharanga top-scored for Karnataka at 48 runs.
Chasing down the target, Delhi managed to get only 91 runs on the board losing eight wickets. Sandeep Lamichhane took one wicket giving away 19 runs in the allocated two overs. He bowled out Muhammad Usman in his first ball.
