Hubby murders his wife



BIRGUNJ: A man has ruthlessly murdered his own wife with a sharp weapon in Kalikamai Rural Municipalilty-5 in the district.

According to District Police Office, Parsa, the deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Sangita Devi Kurmi of the municipality. Mukti Narayan Kurmi,  the victim’s husband, killed her by slitting her throat over minor dispute.

Sangita’s body has been taken to Narayani Hospital, Birgunj for postmortem, said police. Police said they investigating the case by taking the assailant under control.
