Nepal-India border to remain closed until Sunday

NAWALPARASI: Nepal-India border will remain closed for three days staring today. The border point in West Nawalparasi will remain closed from Friday midnight in view of security of general elections underway in India.

The border checkpoint in West Nawaparasi will remain closed for three days in view of Lok Sabha “elections taking place in Maharajgunj district of Uttar Pradesh,” said District Police Office, Nawalparasi.

Border points  Thuthibari, Guthiprasauni, Bishnupura, Bhujahawa will remain closed from today and resume on May 19.
