Korean man sets apartment on fire, stabs fleeing neighbors



SEOUL: In a bizarre incident, police have arrested a man for setting his apartment on fire and then stabbing five people to death while they were trying to escape the blaze, international media report said.

The man set fire to his apartment in Jinju and then attacked other residents of the building who fled down a staircase to escape the flames.

The five people killed included a 12-year-old girl while 13 people were injured.
