MBBS student found dead in Fewa Lake

POKHARA: A man, who had gone missing,  has been found dead in the Fewa Lake in Pokhara, Kaski district on Saturday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Shishir KC, an MBBS student of Gandaki Medical College, Pokhara.

KC, who originally hails from Myagdi district, was found floating in the Fewa Lake.

Police retrieved KC’s body from the Lake at 10 am today after a search operation carried out based on KC’s helmet and clothes left behind on the bank of the Fewa Lake before committing suicide.

KC had informed his friend about his suicide plan through SMS, according to DSP Rabindra Gurung of Kaski District.
