PPLT20: Kathmandu sets 141-run target for Butwal



KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Golden Warriors has set a 141-run target for Butwal Blasters at the Twenty20 match of the Pokhara Premier League (PPL) underway at Pokhara Stadium on Monday.

Invited to bast first after losing the toss, Kathmandu notched up 140 runs losing six wickets in the allotted 20 overs.

P Sarraf top-scored with 37 runs including three fours and two sixes off 21 balls, J Kolsawal secured 28 runs including three fours and one six off 24 balls while Aadil Khan made 23 runs off 15 balls.

In reply, Butwal’s N Thapa grabbed two wickets while A Bohara and HB Chauhan claimed one wicket each.
