NC CWC meeting taking place at 1 pm today

KATHMANDU: A Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting of the main opposition Nepali Congress is taking place today.

The meeting will take place at 1 pm at the central party office in Sanepa, said chief secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel.

The CWC meeting called for Sunday had been postponed for today after the leaders close to senior leader Ram Chandra Paudel and Krishna Prasad Sitaula did not turn up in the meeting.

Paudel faction has been criticizing the leadership for taking decisions unilaterally and ignoring their demands.

Paudel had also boycotted the meeting held on last Thursday.
