Two electrocuted to death



PARBAT: Two people have been electrocuted to death at Panipakha of Mahashila Rural Municipality-4 in the district. According to District Police Office, Parbat, Kehav Bahadur Chhetri, 27, and Surendra Bahadur Chhetri, 30, died of electric shock.

Another person Bharat Chhetri sustained critical injuries in the incident. Chhetri has been rushed to Pokhara for treatment.

The trio were came under electric shock in course of replacing a wooden pole by an iron one, according to Inspector Rajan Rayamajhi of District Police Office, Parbat.

A police team from Lunkhu Police Post has reached the incident site and are carrying out the investigation.

The dead bodies are being brought to the District Hospital for postmortem, said police.
