KATHMANDU: Nepali national cricket team is currently in Malaysia ahead of the T20 World Cup Asia finals to be held in Singapore.

On Tuesday, the team underwent a practice session at the Kula Lumpur-based Kinrara Oval Academy. During the session, the team members were engaged in batting, bowling and fielding and also chalked out strategies with Head Coach Umesh Patwal.

Nepal will play the qualifiers to be held in Singapore from July 20-28. Nepal will face Qatar in its first match on July 23. Along with Nepal and Qatar, host Singapore, Malaysia and Kuwait will compete in the qualifiers.
