Two Indians held with Rs 2 million cash

BANKE: Two Indians were held in possession of Rs 2 million unaccounted cash from Nepalgunj-based Indian border Jamunaha.

Prakash Sapkota, Spokesperson and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) at District Police Office, Banke informed that the border-based Area Police Office, Jamunaha arrested two Indians with the cash in course of security screening.

The arrestees are Komal Gupta and Sonu Gupta.

DSP Sapkota said the purpose and source of the money recovered from Gupta duo was not disclosed. They were held for further investigation.
