Actress Shilpa Pokharel released on a general date

KATHMANDU: Kathmandu District Court on Friday ordered to release actress Shilpa Pokharel on a general date for polygamy.

A single bench of Judge Mukesh Upadhyaya ordered her release, according to Recordkeeper Ananda Shrestha.

Pokharel secretly appeared before the court today after Supreme Court vacated its earlier order of not to arrest her.

Director and producer Chhabi Ojha’s first wife, Hema, had filed a complaint against him and his spouse Pokharel charging her husband of polygamy.
