RUKUM: Police arrested two persons on charges of possessing opium and hashish weighing 12 kg. They are identified as Dhan Bahadur Malla, 42 and Chandra Bahadur Shahi, 30 of Tribeni Nalgad Municipality in Jajarkot district.
