KATHMANDU: Three people died after consuming poisonous mushroom in Palpa. The deceased are identified as Dhan Kumari Singh, her daughter Nisha, 10, and Purna Bahadur Khamcha, 45 of Nisdi Rural Municipality -3, Palpa.
