Belgian man sits on a toilet for 5 days for Guinness Records

BELGIUM: A Belgian man endeavored to set a record of taking the longest toilet break by sitting on a toilet for about five days, international media reports have said.

Forty-eight old man, Jimmy De Frenne, endeavored to enter the Guinness Book of Records by sitting on a toilet for straight 165 hours and that too in the middle of a bar. He, however, managed to sit for 116 hours, 5 days.

He stated that he made up his mind to take up the challenge as he likes people making fun of him. He said he is doing this because he said there is nothing he likes more than people making fun of him.

During the challenge period, Jimmy was allowed to get up for only five minutes every hour. He was also allowed to take toilet breaks.

There is no official world record of a person sitting on a toilet. (Agencies)
