Two Nepalis killed in road accident in Malaysia

KANCHANPUR: Two Nepali migrant workers have died in a road accident in Malaysia.

Surendra Prasad Bhatta, 36, a resident of Dhakaniya in Kanchanpur Shuklaphanta Municipality-2 died in a motorcycle accident on his way to work in Malaysia on Friday.

Bhatta died on the spot in the accident, according to ward chair Shiva Raj Paneru. Pillion rider Shiva Dahal, from Nuwakot in Nepal, also died in the accident. They were working as security guards for the RL Kawalan Proma Security Company.

Efforts are being made to bring back the bodies to Nepal, ward chair Paneru said.
