KATHMANDU: The Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have said that they have rolled back their decision to hike internet price.

The announcement comes on the heels of the government’s decision to waive Telecommunication Service Charge (TSC) on internet wire and router, leased line data connectivity and repair cost.

Earlier, ISPs had announced a hike of 20 percent.

“The decision will not be implemented for the time being,” said Chairman of Internet Service Providers’ Association of Nepal (ISPAN) Bhojraj Bhatta.
