KATHMANDU: Two people died and 15 others sustained critical injuries in a road accident that took place at Bhasme Danda in Doramba 6 of Ramechhap district on Thursday night.
The deceased have been identified as Hari Bahadur Karki and Uddav Gautam of Doramba 6, confirmed police.
The bus, Ba 2 Kha 7242, belonging to Koshipari Yatayat, veered off and fell some 500 meters down the road.
Critically injured Karki and Gautam who were rushed to Dhulikhel Hospital breathed their last in course of treatment. The injured are undergoing treatment at Dhulikhel Hospital, said police.
