RUKUM: District in-charge of Rukum (East) of Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav)-led group, Karna Bahadur Nakaal has been arrested.
A team deployed from the District Police Office, Rukum (East), on Monday night arrested Nakaal of Sanibheri Rural Municipality-3 from the same place, said Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sumit Khadka.
