KATHMANDU: Police have rearrested two leaders of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chan alias Biplav-led outfit on Friday.

Gorkha district In-charge of the outfit Yogendra Kumal and Secretary Kapil Bhatta were rearrested from the premises of Supreme Court.

Police rearrested them after the apex court ordered their release after hearing a habeas corpus petition filed at the court claiming their arrest to be illegal.
