Two Biplav leaders arrested in Bardiya

BARDIYA: Two leaders of the banned Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit have been arrested from the district on Friday.

According to police, the arrestees are district In-charge Binadevi Dhami, 38, alias Mina Chalaune and central member of the student wing of the outfit Lokesh Joshi, 23.

Dhami hails from Achham and Joshi from Kailali. They were nabbed on the charge of planting a bomb at a Postal Highway in Gulariya Municipality-7, Gulariya Rajapur.
