ILAM: Senior leader of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Jhalanath Khanal has emphasized the need to develop good functional relations between employees and people’s representatives for better performance at the local level.
Addressing a meeting of NCP cadres at Fikkal today, Khanal praised the wave of development at the local level.
He stressed the need for all the representatives to seriously read through the Nepal Constitution.
