‘15% reconstruction work of Dharahara completed’



KATHMANDU: Five years on but only fifteen percent work of the construction work of Dharahara has been completed, according to National Reconstruction Authority (NRA).

Speaking at a meeting of the Sustainable Development and Good Governance under the National Assembly, NRA Chief Sushil Gyawali  said 15 percent of the reconstruction work of Dharahara has been completed.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had laid a foundation stone for Dharahara reconstruction work on December 27, 2018.

The government has also prioritized  the reconstruction work of Dharahara in the fiscal budget of 2019/2020.
