KATHMANDU: All the seven provinces have geared up for bringing their second budget on Sunday.
The provincial governments are bringing the budget on July 16 in line with the Inter Governmental Fiscal Arrangement Act, 2017.
Provincial finance ministers will present the budget in the provincial assemblies. Provincial government had spent, in average, 22 percent budget from the first fiscal budget.
