PANCHTHAR: The police have arrested a leader of the Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ from Phidim Municipality-14 in the district.
Bijaya Nembang, the district secretary of the CPN, has been charged with extorting people’s representatives, employees, industrialists and various organisations.
