UK PM Theresa defends Brexit delay

LONDON: British Prime Minister Theresa May has defended her decision to delay Brexit, media reports said.

She has also sought a compromise exit plan with Labor Party, the opposition, as a lawmaker from her own party stood up in parliament and asked her to resign.

It should be noted that the European Union has agreed to delay Brexit by up to six months. (Agencies)
