Karnataka by-polls on Dec 5



NEW DELHI: Karnataka Assembly by-poll dates will be held on December 5, according to Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Karnataka Sanjeev Kumar.

According to Indian media reports, 15 Assembly constituencies in Karnataka are going to by-polls.

The date for filing nominations is from November 11-18, according to Kumar. 37 Over 37 lakh 50 thousand voters will cast votes in the upcoming by-election.

The counting of the votes has been scheduled for December 9. (Agencies)
