Chinese President Xi to meet with PM Modi in India’s Chennai



CHENNAI: Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in India’s Chennai this afternoon for a two-day visit.

This is Xi’s second informal meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The two leaders will meet for a one-on-one meeting on Saturday morning after they met in Wuhan of China in April.

According to sources, key issues such as terrorism, training, financing, and other support to terror groups would be discussed.

Likewise, other issues will be defense, trade, and border. (Agencies)
